It's a Thursday once again, and that means it's time once again for Girls Talk!, masterminded by my gorgeous marce Niko over at her Girls Rule blog. This month it's all about food, and this week in particular we are revealing what food we first grab, errr.. choose when we are given a wide selection in front of us. My choice is always Embutido (ground meat roll), whether it's fish, beef or pork. I don't know why. It's not even my most favorite food in the world. Tee hee. But it's always the first food I put in my plate.

BUT, the first thing I look for is sisig (Filipino dish made from parts of pig’s head and liver, usually seasoned with calamansi and chili peppers). If there's sisig, of course, embutido takes a backseat. I have long been a fan, and I am constantly on the lookout for something that will compare to what my stepdad does (he makes delish sisig, I promise, the BEST I've tasted. And I've tasted many, I tell you).

i know the reason bakit embotido, madali kainin, di na kelangain himayin, haha.. i like sisig too pero i can eat it anytime kaya seafoods talaga ako.
my choice is seafoods especially prawns and crabs. kaya lang minsan lang ako makakita ng crabs sa buffet.
masarap talaga ang sisig lalo na kung crispy.

I'm so drooled dun sa sisig ha!!Yan pala ang di ko nakain nung umuwi kami sa pinas--pwede bang mahingi kay stepdad mo ang recipe?perfect pulutan yan sa beer ko eh!
ang sarap nito nakakamiss ang pagkain sa atin.. lapit ako magtiis hehehe!
Ay ako din, gusto ko ng sisig, kapag nasa Pinas lang ako nakakakain nyan eh, dito nagluto ako minsan pero parang di ko type, ako lang kasi ang kakain ng marami, unlike sa Pinas, agawan kami. I also like embutido, wala lang ako tyaga gumawa. hehehe..
dito iba ang sisig ,dahil bawal ang baboy kaya ang sisig ay made of beef.kaya di sing sarap nung luto sa Pinas.
