Although of course, it's just sad that they've banned users from India, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines and Singapore now due to a tremendous amount of fraudulent and inappropriate use of the IM Report Card website from users in these countries. But hey, there's still hope. The IMRC people said that they are still figuring out an efficient way to combat this so that they can accept users from these countries again. But yes, you're still free to use the site as a resource - you just can't post comments or earn credits, which is still better than nothing at all. Imagine how much you will be able to save by knowing what's good and what's plain dirt from among the IM products/people/services out there just through reading IMRC reviews.
